Summary0001900: cosmetic: implementors vs. implementers
DescriptionThroughout the standard the text uses the wording "implementor[s]" whereas in the preface there are two occasions where "implementer[s]":
- Laws and regulations
"Implementers of the standard are responsible…"
- IMPORTANT NOTICE
"Implementers and users of IEEE Standards…"

Wiktionary lists the former as an alternative spelling of the latter (https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/implementor), but not sure whether that’s authoritative enough.
Desired ActionThis is just a heads up and in principle I'd be fine if it's left as is, but maybe you want to align the spelling to either of the two forms (probably to implementor[s]).

According to Firefox's PDF search, the balance is pretty lopsided in favor of "implementor": 69 to 2!

This looks like a "clash" introduced when merging the frontmatter based on the IEEE template with the body of the standard that follows The Open Group style guide for spelling which is to use the Merriam Webster Collegiate dictionary.
