Summary	0000410: strerror_l() missing from "may" cancellation point list
Description	The list of functions where a cancellation point may occur includes strerror() and strerror_r(), but not strerror_l(). Presumably this is an oversight.
Desired Action	Add strerror_l() to the list, between strerror() and strerror_r().
