Summary0000238: poor wording about traps in subshells
DescriptionSection 2.12 says

"A subshell environment shall be created as a duplicate of the
shell environment, except that signal traps set by that shell
environment shall be set to the default values."

The intended meaning of "signal traps set" is signals for which a trap
action has been set, i.e. signals that are being caught; it is not
meant to include signals set to be ignored. The same requirement is
stated differently in the description of the trap special built-in.
The wording in 2.12 should be changed to be like the latter.
Desired ActionChange

except that signal traps set by that shell environment shall be
    set to the default values

To

except that signal traps that are not being ignored shall be set
    to the default action
