DescriptionThere is an entry for YESSTR in the index pointing to page 265, but
YESSTR does not appear on that page. It looks like YESSTR should have
been removed from the index in the 2004 edition when the yesstr keyword
was removed from langinfo.
Desired ActionRemove the index entry for YESSTR from page 3825 in the index.
