Summary0000193: editorial errors in the strftime conversions table
DescriptionIn the table of conversions in the strftime rationale, there is a
spurious extra '%' in the format "%05%Y" on line 63830.

On line 63832 there is a typo in the tbl input. A '!' column
separator was typed as a '1'.
Desired ActionOn line 63830 change "%05%Y" to "%05Y"

On line 63832 change the '1' after the 'y' in the second column to
be a tbl '!' column separator.
