Summary0000404: scandir() EOVERFLOW error missing
DescriptionChecking various source code repositories during the April 7, 2011 conference call, we found that scandir() stops processing when it gets any error from readdir() (even though the EOVERFLOW error should be recoverable).
The fact that scandir() returns this error to the user should be listed in the ERRORS section.
Desired ActionAdd a new scandir() shall fail error after P588, L20264:
        [EOVERFLOW]     One of the values to be returned or passed to a
                        callback function cannot be represented correctly.
