Summary0000340: one escape sequence does not represent a non-graphic character
DescriptionP121, L3303 says that escape sequences in file format notation represent
non-graphic characters. This is true for all but one of the escape sequences;
\\ represents the <backslash> character which is a graphic character.
Desired Action
Change:
    "<italic>Escape Sequences</italic> represent non-graphic characters."
on P121, L3303 to:
    "<italic>Escape Sequences</italic> represent non-graphic characters and the
     escape character (<backslash>)."
