Note that in the phrase ``negative zero'' it describes a sign, and therefore negative zero (also represented as -0.0) is not a negative value.and renumber the later subsections. On page 79 line 2270 section 3, insert: 3.285 Positive When describing a value (not a sign), greater than zero. Note that in the common phrase ``positive zero'' (which is not used in this standard, although the representation +0.0 is) it describes a sign, and therefore positive zero (+0.0) is not a positive value.and renumber the later subsections. | ||||
