Summary | 0001288: RE Bracket Expression item 8 should not say "rejected as an error"
Description | XBD 9.3.5 item 8 says:it is unspecified whether the bracket expression will be treated as a collating symbol, equivalence class, or character class, respectively; treated as a matching list expression; or rejected as an error. The use of "or rejected as an error" here is inappropriate because this section is referenced from XCU 2.13.1 which requires that in pattern matching, a '[' which does not introduce a valid bracket expression is not an error; the '[' is treated as an ordinary character.
Desired Action | Change:or rejected as an errorto: or treated as an invalid bracket expression
