Summary	0001286: positive increments increase the nice value in renice
Description	> Positive increment values shall cause a lower nice value. Negative increment values > may require appropriate privileges and shall cause a higher nice value. No. positive increments increase the nice value (decrease the priority) and negative increments cause a lower nice value (higher priority). Desired Action	Trim those 2 lines to only: "Negative increment values may require appropriate privileges." (no need to say that positive increments increase).
